MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
  • The use of the membership card and vouchers constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions stated herewith.
  • The membership card must be presented in order to be eligible for the discounts or privileges stated.

MEMBERSHIP CARD & VOUCHERS
  • The membership card remains the property of à la carte and must be returned upon request.
  • The membership card is NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be signed by the member to be deemed valid.
  • Usage of all/any vouchers require advanced reservations and confirmation is subject to hotel availability.
  • All NON – TRANSFERABLE vouchers must be presented by the member together with a valid membership card to be deemed valid.
  • All information fields on the TRANSFERABLE vouchers have to be filled in complete for the voucher to be deemed valid.
  • Membership card usage is limited to one card per dining party, table or reservation.
  • Membership card and vouchers must be produced by the member to enjoy the benefits and privileges.
  • Membership benefits are valid until the expiry date as printed on the membership card and vouchers.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions and offers.

ACCOMMODATION
  • Room rates are valid till further notice and are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  • Room reservations are required and confirmation of room is subject to availability.
  • Complimentary 2D/1N and 2nd Night Benefit accommodation vouchers are valid for Room ONLY (unless otherwise stated) at Grand Millennium Sukhumvit and Millennium Resort Patong Phuket only.
  • Members must produce a valid membership card and a valid accommodation voucher upon check-in to enjoy the privileges.
  • Rates and government taxes are subject to change unless otherwise stated.

ACCOMMODATION UPGRADES
  • Room reservations are required and confirmation of room is subject availability.
  • Members must produce a valid membership card and a valid accommodation upgrade voucher upon check-in to enjoy the privileges.

DINING
  • Only the member can enjoy the dining discounts applicable at all participating hotel-operated establishments.
  • The member must produce a valid membership card and/or a valid voucher (where applicable) to enjoy the benefits and privileges.

RESTRICTION OF USE
The à la carte benefits (unless otherwise stated) are valid all year round except on the following days: Valentine's Day, eve of and on Christmas Day, eve of and on New Year Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.

  • Grand Millennium Sukhumvit & Millennium Resort Patong reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Grand Millennium Sukhumvit & Millennium Resort Patong reserve the right to include/exclude any benefits/participating outlets during the course of the membership promotion.
  • Grand Millennium Sukhumvit & Millennium Resort Patong reserve the right to restrict usage during promotions or on promotional items.

GENERAL INFORMATION
LOST OR STOLEN:
Safe keeping of the membership card is the responsibility of the member. Loss or theft of the card must be reported immediately to à la carte. A fee of THB2,000 will be charged for card replacement. Membership vouchers will not be replaced if lost or misplaced.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations will be honoured up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase of membership. An administrative fee of THB1,000 will apply.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Personal information collected by the Grand Millennium Sukhumvit or Millennium & Copthorne International Ltd will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or government agencies. Grand Millennium Sukhumvit and its participating sister hotels reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Grand Millennium Sukhumvit and its participating sister hotels reserve the right to include or exclude partners, dining outlets and benefits at discretion without prior notice.
